At HSY Haute Couture, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your bespoke garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. Please note that customized bridal and formal wear are subject to unique terms due to their artisanal nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or our dedicated WhatsApp line within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unworn garment in its original HSY luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Complimentary Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your doorstep at a time that suits your schedule.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon arrival at our atelier, our quality control team will inspect the piece, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
